Zürcher Landzeitung (Stäfa) - 26.01.2008:
"Da Capo". Beliebte Klavierzugaben
(Arte Nova/Sony BMG CD 88697074372)
Between vigorously tackled Rhapsodies by Brahms and a magically light and dancing Waltz by Alexander
Glasunow, there is ample space for such superbly melodious rarities as the enticingly cantabile
Arabesques Opus 61 by Moritz Moszkowski or for a Tango by Albeniz in the spectacular arrangement
by Godowsky.
The full richness of Michael Krücker's delicate musical touch culminates in the Prélude from
Debussy's Suite Bergamasque.
Surely no german pianist since Gieseking has coaxed so much charm from this poetic piece.

Frankfurter Allgemeine (FAZ) - 19. Juli 2008:
"Sämtliche Werke für Klavier Solo" von Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900)
(NCA/Naxos CD 60189)
One of the most beautiful pieces on this CD is the "Fragment an sich": here Michael Krücker savours
the quietly gathering twilight, the happiness of losing oneself in the mists of the world.
Michael Krücker often plays so beautifully and hauntingly...

5 Stars
Following his fine Moscheles and Kalkbrenner recordings, Michael Krücker now presents the Bohemian
composer Alexander Dreyschock (1818-1869).
On a tonally soft flowing, noble pianoforte from Henri Herz (1866), the pianist develops a harmonious
balance between sensitively illuminated melody and accomplished artistic interpretation.
